2. What this website does not do
- No web analytics and no tracking (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no heatmaps).
- No marketing cookies, no profiling, no third-party embeds that set identifiers.
- No contact forms collecting your data; contact is via email only (see Section 5).
Because there are no non-essential cookies or trackers, a cookie consent banner is not required. If essential/technical cookies are ever used solely to provide the service, they are exempt from consent under § 25 TDDDG/TTDSG.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
Currently, this website does not set any non-essential cookies or use comparable technologies (e.g., fingerprinting, tracking scripts). If strictly necessary technical cookies are required (e.g., a short-lived session cookie to deliver the site or protect against abuse), they fall under the exemption for essential storage/access in § 25(2) TDDDG/TTDSG and do not require consent.
4. Server log files (hosting)
The server that delivers this website may automatically process minimal technical data in log files (e.g., IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer, user-agent) to ensure security and troubleshoot errors. The legal basis is legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating a secure website. Log data is kept only as long as necessary for these purposes (typically a short retention, e.g., 7–30 days) and then deleted or anonymized.
5. Contact by email
If you contact me by email, I will process your message (and any personal data you include) to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual communications) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). Emails are retained only as long as needed for the purpose or legal retention duties.
6. No international data transfers
This site does not intentionally transfer personal data to third countries. If future features involve providers outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR will be implemented and documented in an updated version of this policy.
7. Your rights
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR)
You can exercise these rights by emailing info@precillastockdreher.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority.
8. Changes to this policy
If this website’s functionality changes (e.g., adding analytics, embeds, forms or non-essential cookies), this policy will be updated before those features go live.
